I play on my Nexus 7 while I am having my morning coffee. My best is 3:17 and tenth is 4:15. I think I would have to learn to use two fingers to get faster, which is hard when you're trying to drink coffee, but we'll see.

Just to comment about the whole "start a puzzle, screenshot it, solve it, finish it while looking at the answer" cheating strategy... if you've read through the posts on this forum then you would know that I also tried this (because I couldn't think of another way to cheat the app) -- and failed to break into my own top 10 times.

Additionally, the "math" behind how long it physically takes to fill in answers per the number of empty cells... I can't explain why that math is wrong, but my guess is that it's based on incorrect assumptions.

Simply put, those who don't believe incredibly fast times are possible, stating these things as thier reasons for believing so, are old hat. It's annoying. It is possible to finish extreme puzzles in less than 1:30 without any help functions active. I know because I literally do it almost every day... this isn't to put anyone down for being slower than that. I simply don't care about that. My point is that these times CAN be achieved legitimately. I've never posted an illegitimate score. So if you see my handle up there, know that it can be done. And I know of several other handles that can do the same. Those are the people I'm competing with on the weekends. Sorry, rant over. Thank you.

My best time for the extreme sudoku is 1:30mn and average is 2:30mn I think

(without cheating of course because there is no interest to play with cheats)

My best extreme time is 3:33. I play mostly on a small-ish android phone - making the plays is a little slower because of the small-ish butons. Not making excuses - I thinkk I am doing ok. Best "Hard" time is 3:37 (!); best Medium is 1:59; Best "Easy " is 1:29.

best time is 4 min 41 seconds. I like to play without using the pencil marks. That usually takes 7 or 8 minutes unless I can't solve it that way.

.1.25 is quite impressive alireza. I am competitive myself but I would wonder? Is there any way that we could play sudoku together? wouldn't that be more appealing and that way we'll for sure remove the cheating???

Extreme 1:59 on an almost perfect day. It was one of the puzzles where a guess didn't factor in. Just one logical find after another.

There are definitely people posting hacked times with their sudoku scores. I don't know what's more pathetic, cheating at sudoku or posting a hacked score so a lot of people you don't even know, nor will ever know, think you're special at sudoku.
