Sorry for the inconvenience. We are working on a fix. Meanwhile, switching to full screen ads (under Settings-Ad style, requires restart) may fix this issue for you.
The purpose of premium is to play ad-free.

Unfortunately, the menu access is not intuitive since the changes to the latest Android OS.??We are working on a way to make menu access uniform across devices. Meanwhile, on some devices the menu is brought up by long pressing the "Recent Tasks" button. Please bear with us.

Why do you ask? Are you not able to submit a result after completing the competition puzzle?
Once a competition becomes active, you usually have anywhere between 24 and 48 hours to complete it.
There are no other locations to go to. The only other way to know how your time relates to times of others is at the time of upload you are shown a message about you percentile ranking.
You are looking in top times for the day. Did you post a time that should be shown there? Also, if you wish to view your own times and progress visit the "My History" tab at this location: http://www.genina.com/apps/sudoku/stats.jsf

Yes, I thought we had a check in place to prevent displaying multiple results from the same player, however tis seems to be broken. I'll have to notify the developers to have a look at this. Thanks for pointing this out.

You could be using two different passwords without remembering either one (that could happen if you had the one used on this site saved by the browser). You may wish to reset your password and select a new one. To do that click "Sign in" followed by "Forgot Password".
Well, since you made into a poll, let's see how much interest this gets first.
It is in the works.
No, no other suggestions. It is a known problem that will be fixed in the next release. Unfortunately, there is no other workaround for it.
