If you come across a puzzle you deem unsolvable, please take a screenshot and post it here. Then use the "Undo" function to take the puzzle back to its original condition and take another screenshot and post it here. We will then be able to investigate.

Please make sure you use the same password in the app (it is accessible under Settings). You can reset your password on this site: go to Sign-In -> Forgot Password, then follow instructions.

The X-Axis is just your progression through time. I.e. game number 1, 2, etc.

This is something we've been trying to figure out for a while. How to identify the offending ad and the network serving it. Meanwhile, if you switch to Full Screen ads (Settings - Ads, requires restart) this should fix it for you.

The competition is definitely solvable, you can confirm it by looking at the results and see the number of people that actually did solve it.
There is no need to "cancel" the competition. It starts / ends at a given time. The running timer on the button simply shows the time left before the completion becomes unavailable, that's all. You don't have to participate or click the competition button.
