Nevermind... I plugged it into Sadman and got some hints. The first one was there is an X-wing with the value of 4 in rows 5/7 and column 1/9, so I can eliminate the number 4 from possible in row 5, col 2, 6, and 7, as well as row 7, col 2. Next, there was a hidden triplet in column 8, rows 4-6 containing 2, 5, and 9. With those 2 hints it solved fairly easily from there... That Sadman program is nice as it explains the hints, and you can press it multiple times to get more detailed hints if you're not catching on...
