I love that we can choose now to use either "cell" or "digit first" in active play, but since I use "digit" 100% of the time it is frustrating to have to change to digit every time I open or start a new game. Would love the option in settings to make it my default.

This came out with the latest release on Android and will be out with the next iOS release. I just didn't have a chance to update this thread.

Ok so this thread was posted in 2012 and STILL has not been changed on the board and put into settings! I think it needs to come off the play board and put into settings so that I can quit accidentally hitting it and changing it from digit to cell. I, too, ALWAYS use digit and want that as my default. I shouldn't have to change it all the time.
