Hi, here are my propositions:

1. Send competition puzzle to user only one time and only when user is logged in. It whould make more difficult playing competition puzzle many times to improve score. Now it is possible to play competition puzzle many times simply clearing app data after every game. Sending puzzle only one time to logged in user would make cheating in this way more difficult (user who would like to cheat would have to have many accounts and every to time log in on different one).

or if it is too much work then at least:

2. Block sending many times competition score by one user. There is at least one user for current competition with two results sent.

3. I belive it has been already said, but you can really disable pausing for competition puzzles.

Currently when I see that competition winner has two scores sent I don't feel any motivation to give my best sovling competition puzzle. Maybe there are other ways to cheat but it would be nice if such evident cheat wouldn't be possible.

This could stand to be fixed. The current leader has submitted 3 scores.

Yes, I thought we had a check in place to prevent displaying multiple results from the same player, however tis seems to be broken. I'll have to notify the developers to have a look at this. Thanks for pointing this out.

It is for sure working, but not for competition's results. In my opinion it shouldn't be possible at all to send more than one solution for competition by one player. It means that someone is trying many times to solve competition puzzle and it's not quite fair because with every effort he/she can improve the solution time.

jekka, personally, i don't think the should be blocked anywhere, but can understand why you do on the normal stats.

However, the competition results should remain open and not blocked. We want to know who the cheaters are so we don't take them seriously. You do no one any favours by hiding their multiple attempts.

If you are going to notify the devs about anything, it should be to:

a: only allow 1 attempt per competition Puzzle per user name.

And

b: to disqualify paused games.

Tous might be a problem for a few, and thosewith fag fingers that make a mistake and back of of their "best game ever" and lose it.

However, most who play competition will be regulars or semi regulars and will get over it.

We would appreciate honesty and fair game play over the ability to pause and re play competition puzzles.

Newer players have all the time in the world to get better and pause games in standard play.

p.s. While we are asking devs to update code, how about a link to the site from within the menu. Would save time Havering to exit game, go to Internet, type in site, log in, etc etc etc...

Nvrmind about th?? website, found it in feedback. For reference though, it would normally be in an "about" tab. many, like myself, do not leave much feedback on the Google play store, and "feedback"on an app vs a computer, usually means to the app "store".
