For the past two or three weeks. iPhone 5S. Up to date with IOS. When it comes back, it's to the same puzzle, but entries are lost. Kind of annoying. This is the only ad I've observed the problem with. Am I doing something wrong, or do I need to pay you to get rid of ads that break your app?

Thank you, all, for bringing this to our attention. This behavior is not intentional and is a result of a rogue advertiser doing something that's against the rules. We are working on a fix.

Meanwhile, to help us identify the offender, we ask that if this keeps happening to you that you send an email to sudoku@genina.com letting as know what type of ad you were taken to. Also, if you email us, please tell us the device you are on and your location (country / state). Send us an email each time it happens, if it's not too much trouble.
