Hi. Love this app and use it daily. But for the last few days, I have been getting a message in the middle of a game that says ' unfortunately, the application has stopped'. It will happen several times in a row, then will be OK for a while.
Also, when I select a new game to play, I am getting the same puzzle 2-3 times in a row. This started happening about the same time as the other error.
I am on an HTC One. Please help. Thanks!

Mine too. Game is virtually unplayable at the moment as it keeps crashing over and over again. Are they doing anything to fix this? I love this game so much. Tried reinstalling but nothing changed. Please help Genina!

Did you submit a report using the Android "Report" option that comes up after the crash?
Also, I'd appreciate if you could send me your phone's Android ID (If you are not sure what it is, you can use this app to find out:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.kiip.android_id. Just run it, and it will show you some information about your device on the screen, including the Android ID). Please send it to debug@genina.com
Finally, while we are working on a fix, here is a workaround: under "Settings-Ad style" switch from Banners to Full screen. This will replace banner ads with full screen ads shown in between games (every 3rd game or so) and should fix the problem for now.
