I have been unable to upload my times since I changed from free version to premium version. I get an "invalid password" message. Password, email, and alias are correct in settings. Does anyone out there have a fix for this problem?

You can reset your password by visiting www.genina.com, clicking the "Sign in" link, then click the "Forgot Password" link.
