I started with the (easy) puzzle:
As I was solving it, I got to a point where the puzzle was invalid. Notice cell X
I posted a 2 star review and got this response:
"We assure you that every puzzle has a unique solution - one to be found with logic alone. If you come across a puzzle you deem unsolvable, feel free to post it to our forums (http://genina.com/forums/show/1.page) and we will investigate. Also, you can confirm the correctness of your solution with a "Validate" menu option while solving a puzzle."
This message is in response to the author above. I reinstalled sudoku just to prove it had this bug. It only took me just one game to reproduce it. I'll gladly raise my review once this is fixed.
EDIT: Added dots for empty cells. (Leading spaces apparently don't show) Also, I had some typos.

So, here is what came back from the developers:
First of all, are you sure the puzzle was copied correctly? It is highly unusual (if not impossible) for us to have an easy puzzle where one number does not appear at all (in this case there seems to be not a single instance of 3).
Second, even for a given puzzle, the solution is clearly incorrect. We'd like to be able to follow the logical steps taken, in order to pinpoint the cell where the first mistake was made, however, with the information we have, we can only show the correct solution:
By the way, here is the result of running Menu->Validate on the work in progress from the message:
So, it seems that the puzzle is valid, but your solution has mistakes.
Thoughts?

Sorry for the delay. Yes, I might have transposed badly. I'll get you another example with screenshots soon.
BTW, I'm running a Samsung Vibrant (Galaxy S) running on Cyanogenmod 10.1 (Android 4.2.2).

Clearly, the puzzle wasn't copied over correctly.
@ mikeslattery - any updates?
Thank you.
